Whilst the majority of our work comes from recommendations it is nonetheless our policy to solicit new business by means of responding to planning applications.

Should you select us as the company to carry out your work, we wish to inform you that we do not require payment in advance of starting work. We only seek payment for work that has been carried out and for materials that are on site in accordance with the JCT Minor Buildings Work Contract. Our clients hold 5% from every interim payment until completion, whereby 2.5% is withheld by the client for a 6 month defects liability period.
